Hotel Grand Continental Langkawi

Cleaning should improve..there was a big Cockroach in the toilet and we took 30mins to clear that. Breakfast option is very less also there is no taste.

Nice location, good hotel. Very basic but good enough. Simple breakfast again good enough. The staffs were very helpful and gracious. Front office staff Ms Ayu and the gentleman with her was very kind and gave sound advice. We had a pleasant stay for 4 nights.Thank you and wishing all of you the very best. Selamat Hari Merdeka! Together we make this place a paradise.

Cool place to check in. Full time customer support and care available. Room service is reasonable. Washrooms are clean. Dining are is nice and available with swimming pool view. Sea beach is nearby of this hotel. Placed at a prime zone of the city. Market and tourist place is very much approachable from this hotel. Lift, entrance, Staffs etc. are all good.

This hotel is located in Kuah town, about 20 minutes from Langkawi airport. Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a pleasant vacation here. The breakfast was simple but less variety.

KL로 향하는 항공편이 결항 되면서 말레이시아 항공측에서 마련해준 숙소였어요. 리모델링을 마쳤지만 조금 오래된 느낌은 있습니다. 객실은 아늑했고, 에어컨 위치도 좋아 잠이 잘 왔어요. 화장실에 바퀴벌레가 있어 공포스러웠지만, 다행히 객실까진 침범하진 않아요.

First impression is a aged hotel. But the room was refurbished. It's look and felt clean and functional. The breakfast experience also not bad as this is a three star rating hotel. Location at kuah town, far away from. Chenang beach. Is near to ferry terminal to mainland. In langkawi, just hired a vehicle and we can explore the entire island.

The hotel is horrible ! Does not look like the pictures in agoda . I book a superior room for 3 people . I flew all the way tired and sleepy when i reached to the hotel i was not even given the room that i asked for ! The lobby was hot there was no air-conditioning . There were alot of mosqitoes in the lobby . Even in my room therr were mosquitoes! Room was disgusting toliet door could not close . Thr bath tub was also horrible and dirty, even the walk way carpets leading the rooms were all stained . The hotel management needs To wake up their idea ! HOW CAN YOU RUN A HOTEL LIKE THIS !! even after telling the hotel highier up in charge he seamed least interested to even bother solving the issue! Me my girlfriend and my mum we left the hotel room and was at the main reception feeling really tired with no sleep .even called agoda to cancel the booking after hours of like just waiting for agoda to fix this they also took their sweet time to refund our money. One staff really went out of his way to help me . Highier management ! You should be ashamed of the way you run this hotel you should step down if you cant manage managing. To the staff that went out of his way to help me . You are greatly appreciated i feel sorry for you, working on the job and also getting bitten by mosquitoes as well. I should have taken more pictures but i was so disgusted and also angry ..i didnt take the horrible condition of the room ! Very disappointed

This is a musty old hotel kept alive by airlines cancelling flights and sending guests here. The room smelt like something between mold and an open sewer. Breakfast was edible but not enjoyable (and necessitated an urgent trip to the lavatory!) The pool is OK.
